Click the Read Next Document link or icon 
at the top of the document to view the next document in the publication.
After performing a search and opening a document (or browsing directly to a document via the Browse menu), you can easily access the nearby documents in a publication (i.e. documents that come before and after the document you currently have open).
Click the Read Next Document link or icon at the top of the document to view the next document in the publication.

Click the Read Previous Document icon 
at the top of the document to view the previous document in the publication.
The document that immediately follows (or immediately precedes) the document within the publication is displayed on your screen (depending on the selection you made).
