You can change your Tracker News delivery option settings at any time.
Note: Before you add your first Tracker, you need to set up you Tracker News delivery options.
If you have not yet added a Tracker, see Adding a Tracker and follow the instructions on how to add your first Tracker (and set your delivery options).

If you have already added Trackers, click the Add/Modify Trackers link located at the top of the left pane under the "Tracker News" heading.
Click the Delivery Options link.
The Tracker News Delivery Options dialog box is displayed, allowing you to set your email delivery and content options. You can also find the link needed by RSS readers to receive your Tracker News via your RSS reader.
Note: You might want to check your spam folder in case a message from the Tracker News feature is directed there by mistake, instead of to your in box. In that case change the filter settings in your electronic mail system to define these messages as approved for regular delivery.
Click in the checkbox next to I would like to receive Tracker News via email if you want to receive emails that contain the results of your Tracker News searches.
In the Tracker News Email Address field, type the email address to which you want the Tracker News emails sent.
In the User Name field, type your user name (i.e. the name you want used in the Tracker News email greeting).
If you would like to receive a test email to verify your settings, click the Send button.
Click the Choose an email format below and select the type of email format: Text or HTML.
Click in the checkbox next to Display links to full stories in email if you want your emails to include links that allow you to go directly to full versions of the stories found by your Tracker News searches.
Click in the checkbox next to Include brief excerpts along with headlines if you want your emails to include both the headline and a brief excerpt from the stories found by your Tracker News searches.
An RSS reader is a tool that frequently checks sites to which you have subscribed and downloads any documents or "RSS feeds" it finds. If you use an RSS reader to subscribe to sites that have RSS feeds, you can add Trackers to the list of items you can add to your RSS reader. After you set up your Trackers in your RSS reader, you can receive the results of your Tracker News searches as you would any other RSS feed to which you subscribe.
To receive Trackers via your RSS reader, simply copy and paste the URL displayed on the "Tracker News Delivery Options" dialog box into your RSS reader.
When you finish setting your Tracker News Delivery Options, click the Apply changes button to save your settings.
The changes you made to your delivery option settings are saved, and the dialog box is closed.
