If you find documents in History that you would like to temporarily set aside for later viewing, you can move them from History to the Document Tray. For more information about the Document Tray, see About the Document Tray.
Click the History link located on the Navigation Bar.
Your History is displayed on a new tab, and by default the list of documents you have viewed recently is displayed.
Click in the checkboxes next to the documents you want to send to the Document Tray.
Click the Send to Tray link.
The selected documents are sent to the Document Tray, and the number of documents contained in the Document Tray is updated based on the number of items you selected.
