After performing a search with IntelliConnect, you can print a copy of the search results list.
With search results displayed on your screen, click the Select all on page checkbox.
Note: If you are viewing your search results by document type, the "Select all on page" option is not available until you select a specific document type category by clicking the View all... link to the right of the heading. For more information on sorting your search results by document type, see Sorting your search results by document type.

If you want to customize your print out, click the checkboxes next to the individual items you want included in the list.
Click the Print menu and select Print selected as list (PDF) or Print selected as list (text).
The search results list is displayed in a new browser window, and the search results list is formatted in either the PDF file or text file format (depending on your previous selection).
If you selected Print selected as list (PDF), click the File menu and select Print.

If you selected Print selected as list (text), the "Print" dialog box is automatically displayed.
On the "Print" dialog box, set your print settings and click the Print button.
The search results list is sent to your printer.
Note: On the browser window containing the search results list, you can also click the File menu and select Save As if you want to save the search results list.
